Terms of Service (ToS)

Welcome to Hibiscus Wireless. These Terms govern your use of the Hibiscus Wireless eSIM and associated services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, activating, or using the Hibiscus Wireless service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Service Provision

• No Identity Verification: Our core promise is anonymity. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security and anonymity of the purchase method used.
• Service Area: Our eSIM is designed for global data roaming (100+ countries) on partner networks (T-Mobile, Verizon, Orange, RedteaGo). Specific network availability and speed may vary by location.
• Fair Usage: Unlimited plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Excessive usage, defined as consistently exceeding the highest tier of our Paygo plans (e.g., 60GB/month), may result in throttled speeds to ensure service quality for all users.

3. Anonymous Voice & Text Add-ons

Anonymous Vanity Numbers and associated voice/text services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to local telecommunications regulations. You agree not to use these services for illegal or abusive purposes.

4. Payments and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the anonymous nature of the service and the instant, digital delivery of the eSIM profile, we do not offer refunds once the QR code has been generated, except where mandated by consumer protection law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hibiscus Wireless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the service.
